The boat company reserves the right to cancel an excursion, or to change the times of an excursion, without prior notice (weather conditions, technical problems, insufficient bookings). Weather conditions may change during the day. In this case the boat company may decide to organise the whole or part of the return trip overland (e.g by coach). In this eventuality, no requests for refunds or for ticket exchanges will be accepted.
